-- The Bylaws of the Tenafly Swim Club, Inc. require all bondholding members to remain current with their annual dues.
TSC By-Laws
Redemption of Bonds -- Bond redemption is governed by Article III of the Tenafly Swim Club Bylaws. Article III is printed on the back of
every issued Bond Certificate. Redemptions requests must be in writing and accompanied by the original Bond Certificate. All
requests will be processed in the order postmarked and according to Article III.
